What We Deliver

Synthetic Network Modeling

Before committing to a full assessment we can see what the analysis looks like on your organization. We build a synthetic network that mirrors your actual org structure; sections/divisions, roles, reporting chains, facility areas, etc. then generate a synthetic social network occupying it. You review the output, understand the methodology, and make a more informed decision about proceeding with real data.

Ideal for organizations evaluating whether structural analysis fits their risk management framework. Provides a realistic preview without exposing actual personnel data.

Structural Opportunity Assessment

A complete mapping of your organization's insider risk threat surface. We collect relationship data, model your workforce as a multi-layer network, and compute structural opportunity indices for every position as it is at the conclusion of our collection period. The deliverable is a document of current organizational exposure including a risk matrix and ranked assessment identifying which personnel carry the highest structural opportunity and explanations for why they possess that level of opportunity.

Includes: data collection protocol, dual-layer network construction (interaction and co-presence), bipartite location modeling, per-node IOI scoring, organizational exposure index, and a classified findings report.

Tiered Intervention Planning

Once the structural landscape is mapped, we can model the expected effect of specific interventions on your threat surface. Currently we have three tiers of intervention that are recommended to be implemented as a progressive model which begins with Tier 1 employing deterrence to control the opportunity an individual may have. We have the capacity to war game through a full intervention strategy per request.

Interventions are modeled as network modifications with before/after exposure comparisons. No intervention targets individuals -- the system targets structural conditions.

Reassessments

Organizational networks change, whether that is from duration or intervention. People rotate, roles shift, facilities are reconfigured. A reassessment updates the structural opportunity map to accurately inform decision makers the current state of their organization, measuring new baselines and identifying new concentrations of structural opportunity that emerged since the prior assessment.

Includes updated network data collection, delta analysis against prior assessment, and revised intervention recommendations.
